Processing time
- Processing time begins after the order is placed and usually takes 1–5 business days (Monday to Friday).
- Orders placed after the cut-off (12:00 AM EST) will be processed the next business day.

- Please note: Holidays may affect shipping times, as manufacturers and delivery services operate with restrictions during this time. Regular operations will resume immediately after the holidays.

- Total estimated delivery time is 2–10 business days (Monday to Friday) after the order is placed.

Shipment tracking
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number.
- You can track your package via our Track My Order page.
- If you haven't received a notification or the tracking number isn't working, please contact us and we'll take care of it.
Address changes
- We cannot change the shipping address once the package has been shipped.
- If you would like to change the shipping address of your order, please contact us at support@adanavery.com or call us at +1 647 848 1453 within 24 hours of placing your order.
Cancellations
- We can accept cancellations at any time as long as the order has not yet been shipped.
- Once your order has been dispatched, you can exercise your 14-day right of withdrawal in accordance with our Returns and Refund Policy.
Unexpected delays
- In rare cases, delivery may take longer than expected.
- If your shipment is delayed beyond the normal shipping time, please contact us and we will take care of it as quickly as possible.
Damaged packages
- If your package arrives damaged, please refuse delivery and notify our customer service.
- If the package was delivered without your presence, please contact us for further instructions.
