Shipping Policy

All estimated delivery times are based on actual data from previous orders. These times are for guidance only.

Shipping locations

  • We currently only ship within Canada.

Shipping partner

  • We work with Canada Post to ensure reliable delivery.

Processing time

  • Processing time begins after the order is placed and usually takes 1–5 business days (Monday to Friday).
  • Orders placed after the cut-off (12:00 AM EST) will be processed the next business day.

Shipping time

  • Once the order has been processed and shipped, the estimated shipping time is 1–5 business days (Monday to Friday), depending on your location.
  • Please note: Holidays may affect shipping times, as manufacturers and delivery services operate with restrictions during this time. Regular operations will resume immediately after the holidays.

Total delivery time

  • Total delivery time = Processing time + Shipping time
  • Total estimated delivery time is 2–10 business days (Monday to Friday) after the order is placed.

Shipping costs

  • Free shipping throughout Canada with no hidden fees.

Shipment tracking

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number.
  • You can track your package via our Track My Order page.
  • If you haven't received a notification or the tracking number isn't working, please contact us and we'll take care of it.

Address changes

  • We cannot change the shipping address once the package has been shipped.
  • If you would like to change the shipping address of your order, please contact us at support@adanavery.com or call us at +1 647 848 1453 within 24 hours of placing your order.

Cancellations

  • We can accept cancellations at any time as long as the order has not yet been shipped.
  • Once your order has been dispatched, you can exercise your 14-day right of withdrawal in accordance with our Returns and Refund Policy.

Unexpected delays

  • In rare cases, delivery may take longer than expected.
  • If your shipment is delayed beyond the normal shipping time, please contact us and we will take care of it as quickly as possible.

Damaged packages

  • If your package arrives damaged, please refuse delivery and notify our customer service.
  • If the package was delivered without your presence, please contact us for further instructions.
