Once an order is placed, the delivery address cannot be changed.
Our fulfillment team processes orders within 1–5 business days. If you wish to change the delivery address, contact us immediately after placing the order at support@adanavery.com or call us at +1 647 848 1453 with your name and order number. We will make every effort to update your address before the order is shipped.

Go to the Track My Order link in the main menu or footer and enter your tracking number. Need help? Our team is ready to assist.
Tracking numbers sometimes only work on domestic orders. If yours doesn't work, let us know so we can check the shipment status.
If you want to return an item, contact our customer service within 14 days of receiving it at support@adanavery.com.
Our team will send you a return form to print, fill in, and include in your return package.
Please repackage your item(s) using the original packaging. The customer is responsible for proper packaging. Returns sent without contacting us will not be accepted.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days to request a return starting from the moment you receive your entire order.
All products must be returned in their original condition (unused and in original packaging).
We do not charge a restocking fee.
When we have received and checked your return, we will notify you if the return has been accepted. If approved, you will automatically be credited to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
